Use this before giving a personal assistant access to channels, files, browser actions, or external services.
- Install and confirm the dashboard or channel route works.
- Pair only the channels you actually need.
- Review command approvals, secrets, gateway exposure, and allowed users.
- Create one narrow workflow and verify it end to end.
- Keep sends, deletes, account changes, and shell commands approval-gated.
- Document the recovery path before leaving it unattended.
Verification habit: write down the final check before the workflow starts. If you cannot verify the output, narrow the task.
